Nicole & Mark
February 5, 2013
I somehow failed to post this, my last wedding of 2012. In my defense we had like… a really ridiculous end of the year. At any rate, their wedding was rad, they’re fantastic people who I still get to occasionally harass via twitter, and it was an amazing way to wrap up my wedding season. Please to enjoy Nicole and Mark’s pink and black, Alice in Wonderland themed wedding.

LAN: Day Three
August 25, 2009
I’m really quickly losing track of what day it is over here. So I think that most of this, probably, may have happened on Saturday. Unless it’s Saturday now.
I definitely remember Alan making breakfast, though.
Snack table’s getting a little out of control.
John snapped this one of his breakfast.
We picked up some Corona for Alan
I’m surprised it took three days to bust out poker.
We had a few extra people show up, and had to add some ports.
Amanda, on the Wii music hand bells.
LAN: Day Two
August 24, 2009
So I went to bed at 4:00, and woke up at 6:30. Apparently, I forgot to inform my phone alarm that I would not be getting up for work today. Also, it doesn’t seem to ‘time out’ at any point, and after 20 minutes of beeping I finally crawled upstairs and made it stop. Then I slept until noon.
Steve has really, really great light in his house.
Still looking fairly organized
We broke out Mario Party for the Wii, and watched the boys get WAY too into it.
John felt a need to document his many achievements at Rise of Nations. Which we had a crazy hard time getting to work. Even though John and I purchased completely legal copies of this game, they didn’t work with everyone else’s version, so we ended up having to hack our formerly legal software.
We actually left the house for dinner, and then made a stop at Target for some supplies. I got this ridiculously girly wireless mouse (The boys were making fun of my sad little roller ball mouse. Really though, do they still even sell those?)
John, spending some quality time with Molly.
Alan showed up sometime after that, but since he drove in all the way from Ohio ended up crashing early. Zach showed me how to play Starcraft, and we made a 4:00 a.m. visit to the IHOP.
LAN: Day One
August 23, 2009
After heading up to Southpointe for our last week of Thursday hockey, we packed everything up and headed to Uniontown for the LAN. Here’s our first day set up:
The laptop table
It still looks pretty nice and organized at this point.
Things I need to survive the LAN: ginormous cup of tea, tunes.
The router. You might think the duct tape is excessive, but between our clumsy selves and the dogs stampeding around the house all day, it’s pretty necessary.
John fancy tower.
I ended up hanging in there until about 4:00 a.m. before I couldn’t focus my eyes anymore. More tomorrow!
